Meet pastry chef Annie Hauptman of GREAH bake haus

After spending over a decade working at hotels and restaurants around the country I can definitely say that I’ve learned a thing or two about sweets.  I focus on classic French techniques with complicated flavor profiles and textures that do not taste like your local store.  If you’re looking for something special in New Braunfels that truly makes an impression, you’ve come to the right place!  My pastry work experience includes five star hotels, fine dining restaurants, casual restaurants, farmer’s markets, weddings, catering, wholesale, and baking instruction.

Every order I take is custom to the client and baked specifically for them. I work with each client to design their menu based on taste, event, location, and theme. Whether it’s handmade sugar flowers for a wedding cake or French macarons for a party, you can be sure that I’ve made them one at a time specially for you. Please fill out the contact form to reach me and get started.

The name GREAH (pronounced like grey) bake haus is an anagram of my family’s names, pictured here. Graham, Rhett, and Annie Hauptman (and can’t forget our dog Elcee!)
